Blueberry Cheesecake


Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cuo butter,melted
2 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
2 tsps. vanila
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 eggs
3 cups sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
preserve blueberry , in a can, for garnish

TO PREPARE THE CRUST:
> combine the walnuts,cinnamon and graham cracker crumbs. Add the melted butter. Reserve 1/2 of the mixture for the top. Press the rest on the bottom and sides of an 8-inch springform pan.

> using a mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar,vanilla, almond extract , and salt until the mixture become smooth.Add the eggs slowly and while beating at a lower pace.

TO PREPARE THE CHEESECAKE:
> Place the mixture in the crust and top with the reserved crumbs. Bake in an oven at 375 'F for atleast an hour. Cool on wire rack. chill for 5 hours.
> Garnish with Blueberry on top before serving

Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients:
1 pack spaghetti
1/4 kilo Bacon
3/4 cup cheeze , grated
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. pepper

Procedure ;

1. cook spaghetti according to package instruction
2. Fry bacon until crisp, crumble then set aside. Reserve some of the bacon fat.
3. Place the beaten eggs in a bowl.Add the cheeze and the white wine.Mix well.
4. pour egg mixture over the hot spaghetti. Season with pepper and bacon fat.Mix the hot spaghetti to cook the egg mixture
5. Garnish with crumble bacon.
