Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cuo butter,melted
2 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
2 tsps. vanila
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 eggs
3 cups sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
preserve blueberry , in a can, for garnish

TO PREPARE THE CRUST:
> combine the walnuts,cinnamon and graham cracker crumbs. Add the melted butter. Reserve 1/2 of the mixture for the top. Press the rest on the bottom and sides of an 8-inch springform pan.

> using a mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar,vanilla, almond extract , and salt until the mixture become smooth.Add the eggs slowly and while beating at a lower pace.

TO PREPARE THE CHEESECAKE:
> Place the mixture in the crust and top with the reserved crumbs. Bake in an oven at 375 'F for atleast an hour. Cool on wire rack. chill for 5 hours.
> Garnish with Blueberry on top before serving

Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients:
1 pack spaghetti
1/4 kilo Bacon
3/4 cup cheeze , grated
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. pepper

Procedure ;

1. cook spaghetti according to package instruction
2. Fry bacon until crisp, crumble then set aside. Reserve some of the bacon fat.
3. Place the beaten eggs in a bowl.Add the cheeze and the white wine.Mix well.
4. pour egg mixture over the hot spaghetti. Season with pepper and bacon fat.Mix the hot spaghetti to cook the egg mixture
5. Garnish with crumble bacon.

Simple "Ice cream"

Things to be Prepared :

Handy Electric Mixer, medium Bowl , measuring glass , and ice cream molder

Ingredients ;

2 pack or 750 ml All purpose cream
1 can or 300 ml Condense milk
2tbsp Vanilla or any flavor u like
2 pack Oreo Chocolate cookies [pulvorized}

Procedure ;

In a medium bowl place the 750 ml all purpose cream and mixed up with ur electric mixer to the speed of # 3, then gradually add the condense milk, then the vanilla or any flavor you like, then when it becomes more pluffy add the pulvorized oreo cookies...then bring it to the sides .pour it into the ice cream molder and placed it in a freezer....

Note: Overnight freezing is better before eating..!

Love Letters

To walk in love means that we do continually the little acts of Kindness that can make life bearable and better for another person.

A young ministry cherished a note he recieved from a busy architect in his congregation.The letter said simply. " Your sermojn met me where I was on sunday [ @ the crossroads of confusion and hurts] Thanks for preaching it!." Those words met the pastor where he live - at the intersection of discouragement and pain and incouragement him to keep on in the ministry. The note took less than 5 minutes to write...

It was only a brief little note,

Forgetting you is now what I am trying

Instead, forgetting you is what I am doing

Because I really can't take the pain anymore

and it is causing me to slowly die.

Forgetting you is hard but it's the best

thing to do

'coz I know that WE will never be again

for you have your new life now

with this lucky girl, a good friend of mine.

trying to show no emotion as much as

possible

'coz I dont wan't you to see me crying.
